Así dice el SEÑOR Dios, que creó los cielos y los desplegó, que extendió la tierra y sus productos, que da aliento al pueblo que mora sobre ella y espíritu a los que por ella andan:
Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:
כֹּֽה־אָמַ֞ר הָאֵ֣ל ׀ יְהוָ֗ה בּוֹרֵ֤א הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ וְנ֣וֹטֵיהֶ֔ם רֹקַ֥ע הָאָ֖רֶץ וְצֶאֱצָאֶ֑יהָ נֹתֵ֤ן נְשָׁמָה֙ לָעָ֣ם עָלֶ֔יהָ וְר֖וּחַ לַהֹלְכִ֥ים בָּֽהּ׃
koh-ʾamar haʾel ׀ yhvah bvoreʾ hashamayim vnvoṭeyhem roqaʿ haʾareṣ vṣeʾeṣaʾeyha noten nshamah laʿam ʿaleyha vrvḥa laholkiym bah
