Isaiah 42:7

לִפְקֹ֖חַ עֵינַ֣יִם עִוְר֑וֹת לְהוֹצִ֤יא מִמַּסְגֵּר֙ אַסִּ֔יר מִבֵּ֥ית כֶּ֖לֶא יֹ֥שְׁבֵי חֹֽשֶׁךְ׃
lipqoḥa ʿeynayim ʿivrvot lhvoṣiyʾ mimasger ʾasiyr mibeyt keleʾ yoshbey ḥoshek

To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, {and} them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
