Isaiah 45:7

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these {things}.

I form the light, and create darkness. I make peace, and create calamity. I am Yahweh, who does all these things.

יוֹצֵ֥ר אוֹר֙ וּבוֹרֵ֣א חֹ֔שֶׁךְ עֹשֶׂ֥ה שָׁל֖וֹם וּב֣וֹרֵא רָ֑ע אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה עֹשֶׂ֥ה כָל־אֵֽלֶּה׃

yvoṣer ʾvor vbvoreʾ ḥoshek ʿosheh shalvom vbvoreʾ raʿ ʾaniy yhvah ʿosheh kal-ʾeleh
