Isaiah 47:7

וַתֹּ֣אמְרִ֔י לְעוֹלָ֖ם אֶהְיֶ֣ה גְבָ֑רֶת עַ֣ד לֹא־שַׂ֥מְתְּ אֵ֙לֶּה֙ עַל־לִבֵּ֔ךְ לֹ֥א זָכַ֖רְתְּ אַחֲרִיתָֽהּ׃
vatoʾmriy lʿvolam ʾehyeh gbaret ʿad loʾ-shamt ʾeleh ʿal-libek loʾ zakart ʾaḥariytah
King James Version (KJV)

And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: {so} that thou didst not lay these {things} to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it.

Modern English

You said, ‘I will be a princess forever;’ so that you did not lay these things to your heart, nor did you remember the results.
