Isaiah 48:2

כִּֽי־מֵעִ֤יר הַקֹּ֙דֶשׁ֙ נִקְרָ֔אוּ וְעַל־אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל נִסְמָ֑כוּ יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת שְׁמֽוֹ׃
kiy-meʿiyr haqodesh niqraʾv vʿal-ʾelohey yishraʾel nismakv yhvah ṣbaʾvot shmvo

For they call themselves of the holy city, and stay themselves upon the God of Israel; The LORD of hosts {is} his name.
