Con todo eso, el SEÑOR quiso quebrantarle, sujetándole a padecimiento. Cuando haya puesto su vida en expiación por el pecado, verá linaje, vivirá por largos días, y la voluntad del SEÑOR será en su mano prosperada.

וַיהוָ֞ה חָפֵ֤ץ דַּכְּאוֹ֙ הֶֽחֱלִ֔י אִם־תָּשִׂ֤ים אָשָׁם֙ נַפְשׁ֔וֹ יִרְאֶ֥ה זֶ֖רַע יַאֲרִ֣יךְ יָמִ֑ים וְחֵ֥פֶץ יְהוָ֖ה בְּיָד֥וֹ יִצְלָֽח׃
vayhvah ḥapeṣ dakʾvo heḥeliy ʾim-tashiym ʾasham napshvo yirʾeh zeraʿ yaʾariyk yamiym vḥepeṣ yhvah byadvo yiṣlaḥ
