Isaiah 57:20

But the wicked {are} like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.

וְהָרְשָׁעִ֖ים כַּיָּ֣ם נִגְרָ֑שׁ כִּ֤י הַשְׁקֵט֙ לֹ֣א יוּכָ֔ל וַיִּגְרְשׁ֥וּ מֵימָ֖יו רֶ֥פֶשׁ וָטִֽיט׃

vharshaʿiym kayam nigrash kiy hashqeṭ loʾ yvkal vayigrshv meymayv repesh vaṭiyṭ
