Porque ¿quién ha estado en el consejo del SEÑOR para que pudiera ver y oír su palabra? ¿Quién ha prestado atención a su palabra y la ha escuchado?
For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard {it}? {counsel: or, secret}
כִּ֣י מִ֤י עָמַד֙ בְּס֣וֹד יְהוָ֔ה וְיֵ֖רֶא וְיִשְׁמַ֣ע אֶת־דְּבָר֑וֹ מִֽי־הִקְשִׁ֥יב דברי דְּבָר֖וֹ וַיִּשְׁמָֽע׃
