Jeremiah 23:21

לֹא־שָׁלַ֥חְתִּי אֶת־הַנְּבִאִ֖ים וְהֵ֣ם רָ֑צוּ לֹא־דִבַּ֥רְתִּי אֲלֵיהֶ֖ם וְהֵ֥ם נִבָּֽאוּ׃

loʾ-shalaḥtiy ʾet-hanbiʾiym vhem raṣv loʾ-dibartiy ʾaleyhem vhem nibaʾv
