Jeremiah 28:4

וְאֶת־יְכָנְיָ֣ה בֶן־יְהוֹיָקִ֣ים מֶֽלֶךְ־יְ֠הוּדָה וְאֶת־כָּל־גָּל֨וּת יְהוּדָ֜ה הַבָּאִ֣ים בָּבֶ֗לָה אֲנִ֥י מֵשִׁ֛יב אֶל־הַמָּק֥וֹם הַזֶּ֖ה נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה כִּ֣י אֶשְׁבֹּ֔ר אֶת־עֹ֖ל מֶ֥לֶךְ בָּבֶֽל׃
vʾet-ykanyah ben-yhvoyaqiym melek-yhvdah vʾet-kal-galvt yhvdah habaʾiym babelah ʾaniy meshiyb ʾel-hamaqvom hazeh nʾum-yhvah kiy ʾeshbor ʾet-ʿol melek babel
King James Version (KJV)

And I will bring again to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah, that went into Babylon, saith the LORD: for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon. {captives: Heb. captivity}

Modern English

I will bring again to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah, who went to Babylon,’ says Yahweh; ‘for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.’”
