El SEÑOR de los ejércitos, el Dios de Israel, dice a todos los cautivos que he hecho llevar cautivos de Jerusalén a Babilonia:
Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, unto all that are carried away captives, whom I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem unto Babylon;
כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֛ר יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל לְכָל־הַ֨גּוֹלָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־הִגְלֵ֥יתִי מִירוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם בָּבֶֽלָה׃
koh ʾamar yhvah ṣbaʾvot ʾelohey yishraʾel lkal-hagvolah ʾasher-higleytiy miyrvshala͏im babelah
