Jeremiah 31:15

כֹּ֣ה ׀ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה ק֣וֹל בְּרָמָ֤ה נִשְׁמָע֙ נְהִי֙ בְּכִ֣י תַמְרוּרִ֔ים רָחֵ֖ל מְבַכָּ֣ה עַל־בָּנֶ֑יהָ מֵאֲנָ֛ה לְהִנָּחֵ֥ם עַל־בָּנֶ֖יהָ כִּ֥י אֵינֶֽנּוּ׃
koh ʾamar yhvah qvol bramah nishmaʿ nhiy bkiy tamrvriym raḥel mbakah ʿal-baneyha meʾanah lhinaḥem ʿal-baneyha kiy ʾeynenv
King James Version (KJV)

Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, {and} bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they {were} not.

Modern English

Yahweh says: “A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children. She refuses to be comforted for her children, because they are no more.”
