El SEÑOR que lo hace, el SEÑOR que lo forma para establecerlo —el SEÑOR es su nombre— dice:

כֹּֽה־אָמַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה עֹשָׂ֑הּ יְהוָ֗ה יוֹצֵ֥ר אוֹתָ֛הּ לַהֲכִינָ֖הּ יְהוָ֥ה שְׁמֽוֹ׃
koh-ʾamar yhvah ʿoshah yhvah yvoṣer ʾvotah lahakiynah yhvah shmvo
