El rey Sedequías envió a Yucal, hijo de Selemías, y al sacerdote Sofonías, hijo de Maasías, para que dijeran al profeta Jeremías: «Ora ahora al SEÑOR nuestro Dios por nosotros.»
And Zedekiah the king sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest to the prophet Jeremiah, saying, Pray now unto the LORD our God for us.
וַיִּשְׁלַח֩ הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ צִדְקִיָּ֜הוּ אֶת־יְהוּכַ֣ל בֶּן־שֶֽׁלֶמְיָ֗ה וְאֶת־צְפַנְיָ֤הוּ בֶן־מַֽעֲשֵׂיָה֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן אֶל־יִרְמְיָ֥הוּ הַנָּבִ֖יא לֵאמֹ֑ר הִתְפַּלֶּל־נָ֣א בַעֲדֵ֔נוּ אֶל־יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃
vayishlaḥ hamelek ṣidqiyahv ʾet-yhvkal ben-shelemyah vʾet-ṣpanyahv ben-maʿasheyah hakohen ʾel-yirmyahv hanabiyʾ leʾmor hitpalel-naʾ baʿadenv ʾel-yhvah ʾeloheynv
