El rey Sedequías dijo a Jeremías: «Tengo miedo de los judíos que se han pasado a los caldeos, no sea que me entreguen en sus manos y se burlen de mí.»
And Zedekiah the king said unto Jeremiah, I am afraid of the Jews that are fallen to the Chaldeans, lest they deliver me into their hand, and they mock me.
וַיֹּ֛אמֶר הַמֶּ֥לֶךְ צִדְקִיָּ֖הוּ אֶֽל־יִרְמְיָ֑הוּ אֲנִ֧י דֹאֵ֣ג אֶת־הַיְּהוּדִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֤ר נָֽפְלוּ֙ אֶל־הַכַּשְׂדִּ֔ים פֶּֽן־יִתְּנ֥וּ אֹתִ֛י בְּיָדָ֖ם וְהִתְעַלְּלוּ־בִֽי׃
vayoʾmer hamelek ṣidqiyahv ʾel-yirmyahv ʾaniy doʾeg ʾet-hayhvdiym ʾasher naplv ʾel-hakashdiym pen-yitnv ʾotiy byadam vhitʿallv-biy
