Le sacó los ojos a Sedequías; y el rey de Babilonia lo ató con cadenas y lo llevó a Babilonia, y lo puso en prisión hasta el día de su muerte.
Then he put out the eyes of Zedekiah; and the king of Babylon bound him in chains, and carried him to Babylon, and put him in prison till the day of his death. {put out: Heb. blinded} {chains: or, fetters} {prison: Heb. house of the wards}
וְאֶת־עֵינֵ֥י צִדְקִיָּ֖הוּ עִוֵּ֑ר וַיַּאַסְרֵ֣הוּ בַֽנְחֻשְׁתַּ֗יִם וַיְבִאֵ֤הוּ מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶל֙ בָּבֶ֔לָה וַיִּתְּנֵ֥הוּ בבית־בֵֽית־הַפְּקֻדֹּ֖ת עַד־י֥וֹם מוֹתֽוֹ׃
vʾet-ʿeyney ṣidqiyahv ʿiver vayaʾasrehv banḥushtayim vaybiʾehv melek-babel babelah vayitnehv bbyt-beyt-hapqudot ʿad-yvom mvotvo
