And afterward Joshua smote them, and slew them, and hanged them on five trees: and they were hanging upon the trees until the evening.
וַיַּכֵּ֨ם יְהוֹשֻׁ֤עַ אַֽחֲרֵי־כֵן֙ וַיְמִיתֵ֔ם וַיִּתְלֵ֕ם עַ֖ל חֲמִשָּׁ֣ה עֵצִ֑ים וַיִּֽהְי֛וּ תְּלוּיִ֥ם עַל־הָעֵצִ֖ים עַד־הָעָֽרֶב׃
vayakem yhvoshuʿa ʾaḥarey-ken vaymiytem vayitlem ʿal ḥamishah ʿeṣiym vayihyv tlvyim ʿal-haʿeṣiym ʿad-haʿareb
