«Habla a los hijos de Israel, diciéndoles: 'Designad las ciudades de refugio, de las que os hablé por medio de Moisés,
Speak to the children of Israel, saying, Appoint out for you cities of refuge, whereof I spake unto you by the hand of Moses:
דַּבֵּ֛ר אֶל־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֵאמֹ֑ר תְּנ֤וּ לָכֶם֙ אֶת־עָרֵ֣י הַמִּקְלָ֔ט אֲשֶׁר־דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם בְּיַד־מֹשֶֽׁה׃
daber ʾel-bney yishraʾel leʾmor tnv lakem ʾet-ʿarey hamiqlaṭ ʾasher-dibartiy ʾaleykem byad-mosheh
