Josué dijo a todo el pueblo: «He aquí que esta piedra será testigo contra nosotros, porque ha oído todas las palabras del SEÑOR que él nos ha hablado. Ella será pues testigo contra vosotros, para que no mintáis contra vuestro Dios.»
And Joshua said unto all the people, Behold, this stone shall be a witness unto us; for it hath heard all the words of the LORD which he spake unto us: it shall be therefore a witness unto you, lest ye deny your God.
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוֹשֻׁ֜עַ אֶל־כָּל־הָעָ֗ם הִנֵּ֨ה הָאֶ֤בֶן הַזֹּאת֙ תִּֽהְיֶה־בָּ֣נוּ לְעֵדָ֔ה כִּֽי־הִ֣יא שָׁמְעָ֗ה אֵ֚ת כָּל־אִמְרֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר דִּבֶּ֖ר עִמָּ֑נוּ וְהָיְתָ֤ה בָכֶם֙ לְעֵדָ֔ה פֶּֽן־תְּכַחֲשׁ֖וּן בֵּאלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃
vayoʾmer yhvoshuʿa ʾel-kal-haʿam hineh haʾeben hazoʾt tihyeh-banv lʿedah kiy-hiyʾ shamʿah ʾet kal-ʾimrey yhvah ʾasher diber ʿimanv vhaytah bakem lʿedah pen-tkaḥashvn beʾloheykem
