Y el Espíritu del SEÑOR vino sobre él poderosamente, y descendió a Ascalón y mató a treinta de sus hombres, y tomó su botín, y dio las mudas de ropa a los que habían declarado la adivinanza. Y encendido su furor, subió a la casa de su padre.
And the Spirit of the LORD came upon him, and he went down to Ashkelon, and slew thirty men of them, and took their spoil, and gave change of garments unto them which expounded the riddle. And his anger was kindled, and he went up to his father's house. {spoil: or, apparel}
וַתִּצְלַ֨ח עָלָ֜יו ר֣וּחַ יְהוָ֗ה וַיֵּ֨רֶד אַשְׁקְל֜וֹן וַיַּ֥ךְ מֵהֶ֣ם ׀ שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים אִ֗ישׁ וַיִּקַּח֙ אֶת־חֲלִ֣יצוֹתָ֔ם וַיִּתֵּן֙ הַחֲלִיפ֔וֹת לְמַגִּידֵ֖י הַחִידָ֑ה וַיִּ֣חַר אַפּ֔וֹ וַיַּ֖עַל בֵּ֥ית אָבִֽיהוּ׃
vatiṣlaḥ ʿalayv rvḥa yhvah vayered ʾashqlvon vayak mehem ׀ shloshiym ʾiysh vayiqaḥ ʾet-ḥaliyṣvotam vayiten haḥaliypvot lmagiydey haḥiydah vayiḥar ʾapvo vayaʿal beyt ʾabiyhv
