חָדְל֧וּ פְרָז֛וֹן בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל חָדֵ֑לּוּ עַ֤ד שַׁקַּ֙מְתִּי֙ דְּבוֹרָ֔ה שַׁקַּ֥מְתִּי אֵ֖ם בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
ḥadlv prazvon byishraʾel ḥadelv ʿad shaqamtiy dbvorah shaqamtiy ʾem byishraʾel

{The inhabitants of} the villages ceased, they ceased in Israel, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel.

Modern English

The rulers ceased in Israel. They ceased until I, Deborah, arose; Until I arose a mother in Israel.
