Zechariah 8:18

וַיְהִ֛י דְּבַר־יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃

vayhiy dbar-yhvah ṣbaʾvot ʾelay leʾmor
