Sus riquezas serán saqueadas y sus casas demolidas. Sí, construirán casas pero no las habitarán. Plantarán viñas pero no beberán su vino.
Therefore their goods shall become a booty, and their houses a desolation: they shall also build houses, but not inhabit {them}; and they shall plant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof.
וְהָיָ֤ה חֵילָם֙ לִמְשִׁסָּ֔ה וּבָתֵּיהֶ֖ם לִשְׁמָמָ֑ה וּבָנ֤וּ בָתִּים֙ וְלֹ֣א יֵשֵׁ֔בוּ וְנָטְע֣וּ כְרָמִ֔ים וְלֹ֥א יִשְׁתּ֖וּ אֶת־יֵינָֽם׃
vhayah ḥeylam limshisah vbateyhem lishmamah vbanv batiym vloʾ yeshebv vnaṭʿv kramiym vloʾ yishtv ʾet-yeynam
