1 Corinthians 10:11

Ταῦτα δὲ πάντα τύποι συνέβαινον ἐκείνοις· ἐγράφη δὲ πρὸς νουθεσίαν ἡμῶν, εἰς οὓς τὰ τέλη τῶν αἰώνων κατήντησεν.
Tayta de panta typoi synebainon ekeinois· egraphē de pros noythesian ēmōn, eis oys ta telē tōn aiōnōn katēntēsen.

Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Modern English

These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the culmination of the ages has come.
