Luke 6:1

εγενετο δε εν σαββατω δευτεροπρωτω διαπορευεσθαι αυτον δια των σποριμων και ετιλλον οι μαθηται αυτου τους σταχυας και ησθιον ψωχοντες ταις χερσιν
egeneto de en sabbatō deyteroprōtō diaporeyesthai ayton dia tōn sporimōn kai etillon oi mathētai aytoy toys stachyas kai ēsthion psōchontes tais chersin

And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing {them} in {their} hands.

Modern English

Now on the second Sabbath after the first, he was going through the grain fields. His disciples plucked the heads of grain and ate, rubbing them in their hands.
