Matthew 14:2

και ειπεν τοις παισιν αυτου ουτος εστιν ιωαννης ο βαπτιστης αυτος ηγερθη απο των νεκρων και δια τουτο αι δυναμεις ενεργουσιν εν αυτω
kai eipen tois paisin aytoy oytos estin iōannēs o baptistēs aytos ēgerthē apo tōn nekrōn kai dia toyto ai dynameis energoysin en aytō

And said unto his servants, This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him. {do...: or, are wrought by him}

Modern English

and said to his servants, “This is John the Baptizer. He is risen from the dead. That is why these powers work in him.”
