2 Chronicles 33:10

וַ֠יְדַבֵּ֡ר יְהוָ֡ה אֶ֠ל מְנַשֶּׁ֡ה וְ֠אֶ֠ל עַמּ֡וֹ וְ֠לֹ֡א הִקְשִׁ֡יבוּ׃

vaydaber yhvah ʾel mnasheh vʾel ʿamvo vloʾ hiqshiybv

And the LORD spake to Manasseh, and to his people: but they would not hearken.
