2 Chronicles 33:9

וַ֠יַּ֠תְּעֵ֡ה מְנַשֶּׁ֡ה אֶ֠ת יְ֠הוּדָ֡ה וְ֠יֹשְׁבֵ֡י יְרוּשָׁלַ֡͏ִם לַ֠עֲשׂ֡וֹת רָ֠ע מִ֠ן הַ֠גּ֠וֹיִ֡ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר הִ֠שְׁמִ֡יד יְהוָ֡ה מִ֠פְּנֵ֡י בְּנֵ֡י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
vayatʿeh mnasheh ʾet yhvdah vyoshbey yrvshala͏im laʿasvot raʿ min hagvoyim ʾasher hishmiyd yhvah mipney bney yishraʾel

So Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to err, and to do worse than the heathen, whom the LORD had destroyed before the children of Israel.

Modern English

Manasseh led Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem astray, to do more evil than the nations whom the LORD destroyed before the people of Israel.
