Job 37:3

He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

Under the whole heaven he lets it go, and his lightning to the corners of the earth.

תַּחַת כָּל הַשָּׁמַ֥יִם יִשְׁרֵ֑הוּ וְ֝אוֹר֗וֹ עַל כַּנְפ֥וֹת הָאָֽרֶץ׃

taḥat kal hashamayim yishrehv vʾvorvo ʿal kanpvot haʾareṣ
