Y de la madera de sándalo hizo el rey columnas para la casa del SEÑOR y para la casa real, y arpas e instrumentos de cuerda para los cantores; nunca más vino semejante madera de sándalo ni fue vista hasta hoy.
And the king made of the almug trees pillars for the house of the LORD, and for the king's house, harps also and psalteries for singers: there came no such almug trees, nor were seen unto this day. {pillars: or, rails: Heb. a prop}
וַיַּ֣עַשׂ הַ֠מֶּלֶךְ אֶת־עֲצֵ֨י הָאַלְמֻגִּ֜ים מִסְעָ֤ד לְבֵית־יְהוָה֙ וּלְבֵ֣ית הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ וְכִנֹּר֥וֹת וּנְבָלִ֖ים לַשָּׁרִ֑ים לֹ֣א בָֽא־כֵ֞ן עֲצֵ֤י אַלְמֻגִּים֙ וְלֹ֣א נִרְאָ֔ה עַ֖ד הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃
vayaʿas hamelek ʾet-ʿaṣey haʾalmugiym misʿad lbeyt-yhvah vlbeyt hamelek vkinorvot vnbaliym lashariym loʾ baʾ-ken ʿaṣey ʾalmugiym vloʾ nirʾah ʿad hayvom hazeh
