He aquí que pasaron unos hombres, y vieron el cuerpo echado en el camino, y el león que estaba junto al cuerpo; y vinieron y lo dijeron en la ciudad donde el profeta viejo moraba.
And, behold, men passed by, and saw the carcase cast in the way, and the lion standing by the carcase: and they came and told {it} in the city where the old prophet dwelt.
וְהִנֵּ֧ה אֲנָשִׁ֣ים עֹבְרִ֗ים וַיִּרְא֤וּ אֶת־הַנְּבֵלָה֙ מֻשְׁלֶ֣כֶת בַּדֶּ֔רֶךְ וְאֶת־הָ֣אַרְיֵ֔ה עֹמֵ֖ד אֵ֣צֶל הַנְּבֵלָ֑ה וַיָּבֹ֙אוּ֙ וַיְדַבְּר֣וּ בָעִ֔יר אֲשֶׁ֛ר הַנָּבִ֥יא הַזָּקֵ֖ן יֹשֵׁ֥ב בָּֽהּ׃
vhineh ʾanashiym ʿobriym vayirʾv ʾet-hanbelah mushleket baderek vʾet-haʾaryeh ʿomed ʾeṣel hanbelah vayaboʾv vaydabrv baʿiyr ʾasher hanabiyʾ hazaqen yosheb bah
