Y el profeta se llegó al rey de Israel, y le dijo: «Ve, esfuérzate, y mira y entiende lo que has de hacer; porque pasado un año el rey de Siria subirá contra ti.»
And the prophet came to the king of Israel, and said unto him, Go, strengthen thyself, and mark, and see what thou doest: for at the return of the year the king of Syria will come up against thee.
וַיִּגַּ֤שׁ הַנָּבִיא֙ אֶל־מֶ֣לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיֹּ֤אמֶר לוֹ֙ לֵ֣ךְ הִתְחַזַּ֔ק וְדַ֥ע וּרְאֵ֖ה אֵ֣ת אֲשֶֽׁר־תַּעֲשֶׂ֑ה כִּ֚י לִתְשׁוּבַ֣ת הַשָּׁנָ֔ה מֶ֥לֶךְ אֲרָ֖ם עֹלֶ֥ה עָלֶֽיךָ׃
vayigash hanabiyʾ ʾel-melek yishraʾel vayoʾmer lvo lek hitḥazaq vdaʿ vrʾeh ʾet ʾasher-taʿasheh kiy litshvbat hashanah melek ʾaram ʿoleh ʿaleyka
