Entonces Samuel tomó el frasco de aceite y lo derramó sobre la cabeza de Saúl, lo besó y dijo: «¿No te ha ungido el SEÑOR como príncipe sobre su heredad?
Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured {it} upon his head, and kissed him, and said, {Is it} not because the LORD hath anointed thee {to be} captain over his inheritance?
וַיִּקַּ֨ח שְׁמוּאֵ֜ל אֶת־פַּ֥ךְ הַשֶּׁ֛מֶן וַיִּצֹ֥ק עַל־רֹאשׁ֖וֹ וַיִּשָּׁקֵ֑הוּ וַיֹּ֕אמֶר הֲל֗וֹא כִּֽי־מְשָׁחֲךָ֧ יְהוָ֛ה עַל־נַחֲלָת֖וֹ לְנָגִֽיד׃
vayiqaḥ shmvʾel ʾet-pak hashemen vayiṣoq ʿal-roʾshvo vayishaqehv vayoʾmer halvoʾ kiy-mshaḥaka yhvah ʿal-naḥalatvo lnagiyd
