Samuel convocó al pueblo ante el SEÑOR en Mizpa
And Samuel called the people together unto the LORD to Mizpeh;
וַיַּצְעֵ֤ק שְׁמוּאֵל֙ אֶת־הָעָ֔ם אֶל־יְהוָ֖ה הַמִּצְפָּֽה׃
vayaṣʿeq shmvʾel ʾet-haʿam ʾel-yhvah hamiṣpah
