Samuel dijo a todo Israel: «He aquí que he escuchado vuestra voz en todo lo que me dijisteis, y he puesto un rey sobre vosotros.
And Samuel said unto all Israel, Behold, I have hearkened unto your voice in all that ye said unto me, and have made a king over you.
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר שְׁמוּאֵל֙ אֶל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל הִנֵּה֙ שָׁמַ֣עְתִּי בְקֹֽלְכֶ֔ם לְכֹ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־אֲמַרְתֶּ֖ם לִ֑י וָאַמְלִ֥יךְ עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם מֶֽלֶךְ׃
vayoʾmer shmvʾel ʾel-kal-yishraʾel hineh shamaʿtiy bqolkem lkol ʾasher-ʾamartem liy vaʾamliyk ʿaleykem melek
