וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח וַיְבִיאֵ֙הוּ֙ וְה֣וּא אַדְמוֹנִ֔י עִם־יְפֵ֥ה עֵינַ֖יִם וְט֣וֹב רֹ֑אִי וַיֹּ֧אמֶר יְהוָ֛ה ק֥וּם מְשָׁחֵ֖הוּ כִּֽי־זֶ֥ה הֽוּא׃
vayishlaḥ vaybiyʾehv vhvʾ ʾadmvoniy ʿim-ypeh ʿeynayim vṭvob roʾiy vayoʾmer yhvah qvm mshaḥehv kiy-zeh hvʾ

Modern English

He sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with a handsome face and good appearance. Yahweh said, “Arise! Anoint him, for this is he.”
