y Saúl arrojó la lanza, pensando: «Clavaré a David en la pared.» Pero David la esquivó dos veces.
And Saul cast the javelin; for he said, I will smite David even to the wall {with it}. And David avoided out of his presence twice.
וַיָּ֤טֶל שָׁאוּל֙ אֶֽת־הַחֲנִ֔ית וַיֹּ֕אמֶר אַכֶּ֥ה בְדָוִ֖ד וּבַקִּ֑יר וַיִּסֹּ֥ב דָּוִ֛ד מִפָּנָ֖יו פַּעֲמָֽיִם׃
vayaṭel shaʾvl ʾet-haḥaniyt vayoʾmer ʾakeh bdavid vbaqiyr vayisob david mipanayv paʿamayim
