David se levantó y fue con sus hombres, y mató a doscientos hombres de entre los filisteos. Luego David trajo sus prepucios y los entregaron en número cabal al rey para que fuera yerno del rey. Y Saúl le dio a su hija Mical por esposa.
Wherefore David arose and went, he and his men, and slew of the Philistines two hundred men; and David brought their foreskins, and they gave them in full tale to the king, that he might be the king's son in law. And Saul gave him Michal his daughter to wife.
וַיָּ֨קָם דָּוִ֜ד וַיֵּ֣לֶךְ ׀ ה֣וּא וַאֲנָשָׁ֗יו וַיַּ֣ךְ בַּפְּלִשְׁתִּים֮ מָאתַ֣יִם אִישׁ֒ וַיָּבֵ֤א דָוִד֙ אֶת־עָרְלֹ֣תֵיהֶ֔ם וַיְמַלְא֣וּם לַמֶּ֔לֶךְ לְהִתְחַתֵּ֖ן בַּמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַיִּתֶּן־ל֥וֹ שָׁא֛וּל אֶת־מִיכַ֥ל בִּתּ֖וֹ לְאִשָּֽׁה׃
vayaqam david vayelek ׀ hvʾ vaʾanashayv vayak baplishtiym maʾtayim ʾiysh vayabeʾ david ʾet-ʿarloteyhem vaymalʾvm lamelek lhitḥaten bamelek vayiten-lvo shaʾvl ʾet-miykal bitvo lʾishah
