Obra pues con misericordia para con tu siervo, ya que has hecho entrar a tu siervo en un pacto del SEÑOR contigo; y si hay iniquidad en mí, mátame tú mismo. ¿Para qué me llevarías ante tu padre?»
Therefore thou shalt deal kindly with thy servant; for thou hast brought thy servant into a covenant of the LORD with thee: notwithstanding, if there be in me iniquity, slay me thyself; for why shouldest thou bring me to thy father?
וְעָשִׂ֤יתָ חֶ֙סֶד֙ עַל־עַבְדֶּ֔ךָ כִּ֚י בִּבְרִ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה הֵבֵ֥אתָ אֶֽת־עַבְדְּךָ֖ עִמָּ֑ךְ וְאִם־יֶשׁ־בִּ֤י עָוֺן֙ הֲמִיתֵ֣נִי אַ֔תָּה וְעַד־אָבִ֖יךָ לָמָּה־זֶּ֥ה תְבִיאֵֽנִי׃
vʿashiyta ḥesed ʿal-ʿabdeka kiy bibriyt yhvah hebeʾta ʾet-ʿabdka ʿimak vʾim-yesh-biy ʿavon hamiyteniy ʾatah vʿad-ʾabiyka lamah-zeh tbiyʾeniy
