Samuel murió; y todo Israel se reunió y lo lloró, y lo sepultaron en su casa en Ramá. Entonces David se levantó y bajó al desierto de Parán.
And Samuel died; and all the Israelites were gathered together, and lamented him, and buried him in his house at Ramah. And David arose, and went down to the wilderness of Paran.
וַיָּ֣מָת שְׁמוּאֵ֔ל וַיִּקָּבְצ֤וּ כָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ וַיִּסְפְּדוּ־ל֔וֹ וַיִּקְבְּרֻ֥הוּ בְּבֵית֖וֹ בָּרָמָ֑ה וַיָּ֣קָם דָּוִ֔ד וַיֵּ֖רֶד אֶל־מִדְבַּ֥ר פָּארָֽן׃
vayamat shmvʾel vayiqabṣv kal-yishraʾel vayispdv-lvo vayiqbruhv bbeytvo baramah vayaqam david vayered ʾel-midbar paʾran
