David y sus hombres subieron e hicieron incursiones contra los gesuritas, los girzitas y los amalecitas; porque estos eran los habitantes del país desde antiguamente, en el camino a Shur y hasta la tierra de Egipto.
And David and his men went up, and invaded the Geshurites, and the Gezrites, and the Amalekites: for those {nations were} of old the inhabitants of the land, as thou goest to Shur, even unto the land of Egypt. {Gezrites: or, Gerzites}
וַיַּ֤עַל דָּוִד֙ וֽ͏ַאֲנָשָׁ֔יו וַֽיִּפְשְׁט֛וּ אֶל־הַגְּשׁוּרִ֥י והגרזי וְהַגִּזְרִ֖י וְהָעֲמָלֵקִ֑י כִּ֣י הֵ֜נָּה יֹשְׁב֤וֹת הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר מֵֽעוֹלָ֔ם בּוֹאֲךָ֥ שׁ֖וּרָה וְעַד־אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃
vayaʿal david v͏aʾanashayv vayipshṭv ʾel-hagshvriy vhgrzy vhagizriy vhaʿamaleqiy kiy henah yoshbvot haʾareṣ ʾasher meʿvolam bvoʾaka shvrah vʿad-ʾereṣ miṣrayim
