And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king.
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר שְׁמוּאֵ֔ל אֵ֖ת כָּל־דִּבְרֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה אֶל־הָעָ֕ם הַשֹּׁאֲלִ֥ים מֵאִתּ֖וֹ מֶֽלֶךְ׃
vayoʾmer shmvʾel ʾet kal-dibrey yhvah ʾel-haʿam hashoʾaliym meʾitvo melek
