Y recortó el rey Acaz las basas, y quitó de ellas el lavatorio; y bajó también el mar del pedestal de los bueyes de bronce que debajo de él estaban, y lo puso sobre el suelo de piedra.
And king Ahaz cut off the borders of the bases, and removed the laver from off them; and took down the sea from off the brasen oxen that {were} under it, and put it upon a pavement of stones.
וַיְקַצֵּץ֩ הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ אָחָ֜ז אֶת־הַמִּסְגְּר֣וֹת הַמְּכֹנ֗וֹת וַיָּ֤סַר מֵֽעֲלֵיהֶם֙ ואת־אֶת־הַכִּיֹּ֔ר וְאֶת־הַיָּ֣ם הוֹרִ֔ד מֵעַ֛ל הַבָּקָ֥ר הַנְּחֹ֖שֶׁת אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּחְתֶּ֑יהָ וַיִּתֵּ֣ן אֹת֔וֹ עַ֖ל מַרְצֶ֥פֶת אֲבָנִֽים׃
vayqaṣeṣ hamelek ʾaḥaz ʾet-hamisgrvot hamkonvot vayasar meʿaleyhem vʾt-ʾet-hakiyor vʾet-hayam hvorid meʿal habaqar hanḥoshet ʾasher taḥteyha vayiten ʾotvo ʿal marṣepet ʾabaniym
