Entonces el rey de Siria envió allá caballos, carros, y un grande ejército, los cuales llegaron de noche, y rodearon la ciudad.

וַיִּשְׁלַח־שָׁ֛מָּה סוּסִ֥ים וְרֶ֖כֶב וְחַ֣יִל כָּבֵ֑ד וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ לַ֔יְלָה וַיַּקִּ֖פוּ עַל־הָעִֽיר׃
vayishlaḥ-shamah svsiym vrekeb vḥayil kabed vayaboʾv laylah vayaqipv ʿal-haʿiyr
