Y el varón de Dios enviaba a decir al rey de Israel: «Mira que no pases por tal lugar, porque los sirios van allí.»
And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are come down.
וַיִּשְׁלַ֞ח אִ֣ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִ֗ים אֶל־מֶ֤לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר הִשָּׁ֕מֶר מֵעֲבֹ֖ר הַמָּק֣וֹם הַזֶּ֑ה כִּֽי־שָׁ֖ם אֲרָ֥ם נְחִתִּֽים׃
vayishlaḥ ʾiysh haʾelohiym ʾel-melek yishraʾel leʾmor hishamer meʿabor hamaqvom hazeh kiy-sham ʾaram nḥitiym
