Y David dijo a Urías: «Quédate aquí hoy también, y mañana te despacharé.» Y Urías se quedó en Jerusalén aquel día y el siguiente.
And David said to Uriah, Tarry here to day also, and to morrow I will let thee depart. So Uriah abode in Jerusalem that day, and the morrow.
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר דָּוִ֜ד אֶל־אוּרִיָּ֗ה שֵׁ֥ב בָּזֶ֛ה גַּם־הַיּ֖וֹם וּמָחָ֣ר אֲשַׁלְּחֶ֑ךָּ וַיֵּ֨שֶׁב אוּרִיָּ֧ה בִירוּשָׁלַ֛͏ִם בַּיּ֥וֹם הַה֖וּא וּמִֽמָּחֳרָֽת׃
vayoʾmer david ʾel-ʾvriyah sheb bazeh gam-hayvom vmaḥar ʾashalḥeka vayesheb ʾvriyah biyrvshala͏im bayvom hahvʾ vmimaḥorat
