Y David lo llamó, y él comió y bebió delante de él, y lo embriagó. Al caer la tarde salió para acostarse en su cama con los siervos de su señor, y no descendió a su casa.
And when David had called him, he did eat and drink before him; and he made him drunk: and at even he went out to lie on his bed with the servants of his lord, but went not down to his house.
וַיִּקְרָא־ל֣וֹ דָוִ֗ד וַיֹּ֧אכַל לְפָנָ֛יו וַיֵּ֖שְׁתְּ וַֽיְשַׁכְּרֵ֑הוּ וַיֵּצֵ֣א בָעֶ֗רֶב לִשְׁכַּ֤ב בְּמִשְׁכָּבוֹ֙ עִם־עַבְדֵ֣י אֲדֹנָ֔יו וְאֶל־בֵּית֖וֹ לֹ֥א יָרָֽד׃
vayiqraʾ-lvo david vayoʾkal lpanayv vayesht vayshakrehv vayeṣeʾ baʿereb lishkab bmishkabvo ʿim-ʿabdey ʾadonayv vʾel-beytvo loʾ yarad
