Dijo: «El SEÑOR rugirá desde Sión y alzará su voz desde Jerusalén; los pastizales de los pastores harán duelo y la cima del Carmelo se marchitará.»
And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.
וַיֹּאמַ֓ר ׀ יְהוָה֙ מִצִיּ֣וֹן יִשְׁאָ֔ג וּמִירוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם יִתֵּ֣ן קוֹל֑וֹ וְאָֽבְלוּ֙ נְא֣וֹת הָרֹעִ֔ים וְיָבֵ֖שׁ רֹ֥אשׁ הַכַּרְמֶֽל׃
vayoʾmar ׀ yhvah miṣiyvon yishʾag vmiyrvshala͏im yiten qvolvo vʾablv nʾvot haroʿiym vyabesh roʾsh hakarmel
