Pero se rebelaron contra mí y no quisieron escucharme. Ninguno arrojó las abominaciones de sus ojos. No abandonaron los ídolos de Egipto. Entonces dije que derramaría mi ira sobre ellos para desahogar mi enojo contra ellos en medio de la tierra de Egipto.
But they rebelled against me, and would not hearken unto me: they did not every man cast away the abominations of their eyes, neither did they forsake the idols of Egypt: then I said, I will pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.
וַיַּמְרוּ־בִ֗י וְלֹ֤א אָבוּ֙ לִּשְׁמֹ֣עַ אֵלַ֔י אִ֣ישׁ אֶת־שִׁקּוּצֵ֤י עֵֽינֵיהֶם֙ לֹ֣א הִשְׁלִ֔יכוּ וְאֶת־גִּלּוּלֵ֥י מִצְרַ֖יִם לֹ֣א עָזָ֑בוּ וָאֹמַ֞ר לִשְׁפֹּ֧ךְ חֲמָתִ֣י עֲלֵיהֶ֗ם לְכַלּ֤וֹת אַפִּי֙ בָּהֶ֔ם בְּת֖וֹךְ אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃
vayamrv-biy vloʾ ʾabv lishmoʿa ʾelay ʾiysh ʾet-shiqvṣey ʿeyneyhem loʾ hishliykv vʾet-gilvley miṣrayim loʾ ʿazabv vaʾomar lishpok ḥamatiy ʿaleyhem lkalvot ʾapiy bahem btvok ʾereṣ miṣrayim
