Ezekiel 36:3

לָכֵן֙ הִנָּבֵ֣א וְאָמַרְתָּ֔ כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֑ה יַ֣עַן בְּיַ֡עַן שַׁמּוֹת֩ וְשָׁאֹ֨ף אֶתְכֶ֜ם מִסָּבִ֗יב לִֽהְיוֹתְכֶ֤ם מֽוֹרָשָׁה֙ לִשְׁאֵרִ֣ית הַגּוֹיִ֔ם וַתֵּֽעֲל֛וּ עַל־שְׂפַ֥ת לָשׁ֖וֹן וְדִבַּת־עָֽם׃
laken hinabeʾ vʾamarta koh ʾamar ʾadonay yhvih yaʿan byaʿan shamvot vshaʾof ʾetkem misabiyb lihyvotkem mvorashah lishʾeriyt hagvoyim vateʿalv ʿal-shpat lashvon vdibat-ʿam

Therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because they have made {you} desolate, and swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the residue of the heathen, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and {are} an infamy of the people: {Because: Heb. therefore prophesy, and say, ‘Thus says the Lord Yahweh: “Because, even because they have made you desolate, and swallowed you up on every side, that you might be a possession to the residue of the nations, and you are taken up in the lips of talkers, and the evil report of the people;”
